Who We Are

Provider of quality affordable housing since 1959, C.B. Mattson Inc owns and manages family and senior residential housing throughout Maine.  Our apartments are managed in accordance with federal guidelines under USDA Rural Housing Services.  Rent at many locations is based on a percentage of income.
